El Recuento de personas sin hogar del Condado de Ventura 2025 ha sido programado para el mi\u00e9rcoles 22 de Enero, 2025.<\/p><p>El Recuento Anual de personas sin hogar es coordinado por el Continuo de Cuidado del Condado de Ventura y el Condado de Ventura en asociaci\u00f3n con socios comunitarios y ciudades. Datos de la encuesta ser\u00e1n recopilados por medio de una encuesta m\u00f3vil y herramienta cartogr\u00e1fica llamada \u201cContando a Nosotros\u201d de Simtech Solutions. Estos datos proporcionan una \u201ccaptura instant\u00e1nea\u201d moment\u00e1nea, mostrando como es la poblaci\u00f3n de personas sin hogar en el Condado de Ventura durante un solo d\u00eda. Estos datos ayudan a lideres comunitarios entender mejor quien esta desamparado, por qu\u00e9, y por cuanto tiempo. Los datos de la encuesta ayudan a nuestra comunidad a obtener acceso a fondos federales y estatales, as\u00ed como determinar la mayor de las prioridades para prevenir y terminar el desamparo en el Condado de Ventura.<\/p><p>Para poder conducir un conteo completo y certero, el Continuo de Cuidado del Condado de Ventura est\u00e1 buscando aproximadamente 500 voluntarios. Voluntarios son requeridos a asistir un entrenamiento virtual a mediados de Enero y ser\u00e1n puestos en pareja con otro voluntario en la ma\u00f1ana del recuento para cubrir \u00e1reas en busca de personas para encuestar.
