Samples collected on January 23 &amp; 24, 2023, indicate that the following beaches meet State ocean water quality standards and are now open:<\/p><ul><li>Mondos Cove Beach<\/li><li>Solimar Beach<\/li><li>Emma Wood State Beach<\/li><li>Surfer\u2019s Point at Seaside<\/li><li>Promenade Park Beach (Figueroa Street)<\/li><li>Promenade Park Beach (Redwood Apartments)<\/li><li>San Buenaventura State Beach (California Street)<\/li><li>San Buenaventura State Beach (Dover Lane)<\/li><li>San Buenaventura State Beach (Weymouth Lane)<\/li><li>Marina Park Beach<\/li><li>Peninsula Beach\/Harbor Cove<\/li><li>Surfer\u2019s Knoll Beach<\/li><\/ul><p>The following beaches continue to exceed State standards for bacteria. These beaches will remain closed until sample results indicate that the ocean water quality meets state standards. Warning signs will remain posted. These locations will be retested on Monday, January 30, 2023. The Division is advising the public to avoid all contact with ocean water at the following beach locations:<\/p><ul><li>San Buenaventura State Beach \u2013 Kalorama Street<\/li><li>San Buenaventura State Beach \u2013 San Jon Road<\/li><\/ul><p>Storm water discharging into the ocean may contain disease causing microorganisms.
