The notices inform owners of their property\u2019s taxable value as of January 1, 2022. About 200,000 notices will be postcards showing the 2% increase in value due to Proposition 13.<\/p>\n<p>For questions about the value notice or your assessed values for January 1, 2022, please contact Assessor staff at (805) 654-2181 or visit <a href=\"https:\/\/assessor.countyofventura.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">assessor.countyofventura.org<\/a>.
