The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition that a County can receive in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.<\/p><p>\u201cThis award represents a significant achievement and demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of financial reporting, integrity, transparency, and solid financial management.
