The 10th Annualย Ventura County Farm Day is slated for Saturday, November 5, and will feature more than 15 farms, ranches, and agricultural organizations throughout the county.
With a theme to โMeet All The Hands That Feed You,โ this yearโs event will allow visitors the opportunity to visit each location and to map out their day by viewing theย Farm Day Trail Map. Each site will offer tours and demonstrations that are free and open to the public.
Included in this yearโs tour will be the Ventura County Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures located at 815 E. Santa Barbara Street in Santa Paula. Demonstrations of the Departmentโs various programs and divisions will be held every 30 minutes, on the hour and on the half, and will include:

Ventura County Farm Day is organized by the nonprofit Students for Eco-Education and Agriculture (SEEAG). SEEAGโs mission is to educate students and the greater community about the farm origins of our food and agricultureโs contribution to our nutritional well-being.
